Can you take Hismanal with other medications?
Some, but you should never take Hismanal with antibiotics or antifungal drugs. This has been known to cause irregular heart beats and cardiac arrest. Hismanal should also be avoided if you have liver disease or hepatitis. If you suffer from heart disease or are taking heart medications you may also want to avoid Hismanal. Also, I you have kidney problems, consult your doctor before taking Hismanal.

Are there any foods I should avoid?
Hismanal has been known to produce cardiac side effects when taken with grapefruit juice. Alcohol should also be avoided. Also , if you're pregnant, or breastfeeding, consult your doctor before taking Hismanal. The effects have not yet been established.
